Men Enjoying Themselves!

Ministry among men is becoming increasingly important at St. Andrew’s Church and events throughout 2012 have been supported by ever greater numbers. The culmination of this will be on 10th December 2012 when over forty men are coming together to enjoy a Christmas dinner and to listen to after-dinner speaker, David Logan from Forfar. David is the minister of St. Margaret’s Church in Forfar but previous to that, served as an inspector with Tayside Police. Those who have heard David speak know that he has a wealth of stories from his days with the police and that he is able to tell them with plenty of wit and humour thrown in.
But over and above the dinner and David’s presentation, this will be and evening for men to come together to enjoy one another’s company. With those numbers involved, it will prove once more that Church isn’t just for the fairer sex!!
