Staying Connected Through COVID-19

As lockdown continues and our church buildings remain closed one thing has been very clear - our church has remained very much open for all.

Although not physically together, members of St. Andrew’s Church have continued to share in worship and fellowship with one another. They have embraced new technologies and learnt new ways to communicate and share with each other.

Not only do we have our weekly Sunday service but we meet (virtually) after it for a short time to have a chat with others. On top of that there are also our weekly ‘home groups’, prayer groups and other groups that all meet virtually!

Just because this is all happening remotely doesn’t mean you have to have any fancy technology; in fact, you don’t need any! Our Sunday service and mid-meek meetings can all be accessed by using your telephone.

If you do have the technology; whether a computer, tablet or smartphone then you can see and hear what is going on and see who else is joining in.

We have put a list together of everything that is happening within the church. If you would like more information or joining details for any of our mid-week meetings please contact the church office.

We have produced a basic Zoom ‘How-To’ guide that can help you join your first Zoom session. To view the document, click here.

If you need any technical help you can email our tech team, alternatively you can call the church office and they will pass your details to the tech team, who will get in touch.
