The season of Lent begins on Wednesday 10th February. Traditionally Christians have used Lent as a time of preparation for Easter and to aid that process, this year we will be meeting weekly to worship and reflect on Jesus’ journey towards the cross. These services will take place on Wednesday evenings from 7 to 7.30pm, though the sanctuary will remain open afterwards for those who want to spend a little longer in prayer, enjoying the stillness. Some people give something up for Lent. This year, why not take something up! Come, that we might journey together.
